Two peas in a pod!

I love this picture because Baby A (on the right) really looks like he's smiling!

This one's for my Dad

This one reminds me of my Dad :) Anyone who knew my Dad knows how much he loved to arm wrestle and always got me to show off my biceps with him every chance he got. This little arm looks like his Grandpa's :)

Lots of Pictures!

Just back from more testing and we got lots of pictures! Both babies are doing great and they were rolling, flipping, moving their arms and legs, and playing the entire time they were doing testing. They were so funny to watch, it was great! Baby A was very photogenic, letting the nurse move him and take as many pictures as she wanted. Baby B was kind of tucked back behind Baby A and would roll over or flip right in front of us every time the camera was on him! He had no interest in taking a picture... hmmmm, sounds like his Daddy :)

12 Weeks Today!

We are 12 weeks today and very excited and feeling great! Another ultrasound this afternoon to check on the babies and test for early signs of problems. Seems like the stress will never end... Check out the new rapidly expanding tummy shots!

Hello World!

The babies are looking great! We had our second ultrasound today, as well as a doctor's appointment for the end of the first trimester, and babies and Mama are all strong and healthy! The babies were hard to take pictures of because they were very close, pretty much on top of each other, but here they are! Baby A is slightly larger than Baby B but both are perfect size! We also got to hear their heartbeats and they are very strong, about 154 bpm. We could also see their little hearts beating on the monitor and watch them roll around and kick!

Double Trouble already! Named appropriately well by our OB :) Baby A is on the right and baby B is on the left. They are fraternal twins as there are two separate placentas. They are already high energy as I have zero energy left in me. Lots of rest and calories in my future!
